Fasken’s Startup Program is designed to support your venture through its whole lifecycle. We work closely with founders to understand your needs and provide bespoke solutions to guide you forward as you scale. Our Startup Package provides a comprehensive suite of initial legal services designed to help new businesses get up and running smoothly: • Onboarding to the Startup Program, including kick-off discussions to understand your business objectives. • Incorporation and preparation or a high-level review of organizational documents. • Preparation of key documents, such as an initial cap table and stock option plan. • Access to templates. • Support from the team to explain terms. • Cost: $5,000 + tax and disbursements.

How It Works
We work with teams from ideation to exit, growth and exit strategy (including VC financing), IP strategy, and data and cybersecurity strategy.
